Discovery Call
We talk about your business, your customers, what you like, what you hate. We look at your competitors. Takes about an hour.

Wireframes
Black and white layouts showing where everything goes. No colors, no fonts yet. Just structure and flow. You approve before we move on.

Visual Design
Now we add color, typography, imagery, and interactions. You'll see full mockups of every page on desktop and mobile. This is where it starts to feel real.

Build + Launch
We code the approved designs into a live site. You get all source files, a design system document, and a site that's ready for traffic.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Why not just use a template?
Templates work for some businesses. But if three of your competitors bought the same Squarespace theme, you all look the same. Custom design means your site looks like your brand, not like a template with a logo swap.
How long does a custom design take?
Most projects launch in 1-2 weeks. A simple 5-page site can be done in under a week. Something bigger with e-commerce or custom features might push closer to 2. We'll give you a real timeline after the discovery call.
What if I don't like the design?
Unlimited revisions during the design phase. We don't move to development until you sign off. And because we start with wireframes, we catch structural problems early before anyone's spent time on polish.
Do you also build the site, or just design it?
Both. We handle design and development in-house. No handoff to a third party. The person who designs it understands how it gets built, which means fewer compromises between what the mockup shows and what the live site does.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
If you want a CMS (WordPress, etc.), we'll build it so you can edit content yourself. If you'd rather not touch code, we offer maintenance plans where we handle updates for you. Either way works.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
A logo and a rough idea of what you want. That's it. If you have brand guidelines, copy, or photos, great. If not, we can help with all of that during the discovery phase.
