Terms of Service
Last updated: March 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of Simple Bridge Solutions LLC services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but you can't use our services.
The Services
We provide web hosting, email hosting, DNS management, SSL certificates, backup services, web development, and related infrastructure services. The specific terms of your service depend on the plan or project scope we agree on.
Your Account
If you have an account with us:
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account
- You need to be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian agree on your behalf)
- The information you provide must be accurate and current
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam
- Store or transmit content that violates any law
- Attack other systems or networks from our infrastructure
- Use excessive resources in a way that degrades service for other customers
- Resell our services without written permission
If we find a violation, we'll try to contact you first. But we reserve the right to suspend service immediately if your usage puts other customers at risk.
Payment
For recurring services, payment is due on the billing date shown in your account. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you 7 days to resolve it before suspending service. We don't charge late fees — but we can't keep services running without payment.
Uptime and SLA
We target 99.9% uptime for hosting services. If we fall below that in any calendar month, you're eligible for a service credit. Scheduled maintenance windows don't count against uptime, and we'll always give you advance notice.
Backups
If your plan includes backups, we run them on the schedule described in your service agreement. While we take every precaution, backups are a safety net — not a guarantee. We strongly recommend keeping your own copies of critical data.
Intellectual Property
Your content is yours. You own everything you upload to our servers or create through our services. For web development projects, you own the final deliverable once payment is complete.
Our website design, code, branding, and documentation belong to us. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to provide reliable services, but things can go wrong. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cancellation
You can cancel your services at any time by contacting us. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For annual plans, we'll prorate a refund for unused months. Web development projects follow the cancellation terms in your project agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll email active clients at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of our principal place of business.
