How do I get a portal account?
When you become a client, we set up your portal account and send you login credentials. If you're an existing client and don't have access, reach out and we'll get you sorted in minutes.
Can I pay invoices through the portal?
Yes. You can view all invoices, pay them directly, and update your payment method. You'll also get email reminders before anything is due.
Is the portal available 24/7?
Always on. You can check status, open tickets, or download invoices at any time. Support tickets submitted outside business hours get picked up first thing the next morning.
I forgot my password. Now what?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login form. You'll get a reset link by email. If that doesn't work, contact us directly and we'll reset it manually.
Can multiple people access our account?
Yes. We can set up multiple users for your organization with different access levels. Just let us know who needs access and what they should be able to see.
